From registering a payment to transfer — here's how CarePass works.

STEP 1

Enter the payment type, amount and recipient account, and attach proof documents (up to 10).

STEP 2

Review

We review and approve your submission, and notify you if anything needs fixing. (avg. within 60 min)

STEP 3

Pay by card

Pay the approved payment with your credit card. Rewards and points accrue as usual.

STEP 4

Transfer

After payment, we transfer to the recipient instantly or on a set date (10 AM).

STEP 5

Done

When the transfer completes, we notify you via KakaoTalk.

💡 Benefit support

For harm such as rent fraud or lapsed insurance, up to 1M KRW is supported once per identity holder after review.
